Customs and Duties

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient. Healthbio is not liable for any additional charges or customs procedures.

 

Return Policy

Refund Policy

- Before Shipment : We offer a full refund for orders that have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team promptly.

- After Shipment : If your order has already been shipped, you may return the unopened package to us. Once we receive the returned package and confirm it is unopened and in its original condition, we will process a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
